Givelo does not cover duties charged on arrival. All countries require the registered importer to make this payment. Givelo however will support each customers via their purchasing margin to share this cost.

For all orders paid via direct bank transfers, please provide payment support documentation (required to free the goods orders).

We rely on Shopify for all credit card transaction capabilities. All accepted payments will depend on the Shopify platform.

For Givelo the final customer is priority. We ask all wholesalers find the best solution for their customers as fast as possible - Givelo will replace all products with fabrication errors to you as a wholesaler via a replacement product or a decided on discount on your following orders. Any returns or guarantees should be communicated directly with your Givelo representative.
